I've had the same issues as you, some were able to reach 10 exfils, some stuck at 8, some stuck at 2, some stuck at 4. Somebody just posted a video showing off a few operators with 10 streaks, probably have to go in sequence. Yeahh true. I got rid of one of my 8s, we’ll see how it goes. NONE of my operators have exfil streaks that will increase. I have tried: Exfiling using a Rescue Exfil; Standard Exfil; Personal Exfil. Changing Operators (all 4 I have unlocked) Changing Operator Skins Exfil using standard missions as well a run through Koschei Complex. Would love a fix for this.
