Holosun 507 vs 407
If you're preference is the simple dot, get the cheaper 407. I have the 507c x2 with the ACSS reticle. Love it. The difference, to my knowledge, is since 2 MOA fit vs. multi reticle. They are the same except the 507C has the multi reticle system...meaning it can have the ring, dot, or ring and dot. In both cases (407C and 507C) the dot is 2MOA.We call the Holosun K Series footprint a "Modified RMSc footprint" because it's very similar with only a few differences. The optics that have a Holosun K Series footprint are the 407K, 507K, EPS, and EPS Carry. Holosun K Series Footprint vs RMSc Footprint. A normal RMSc Footprint has 4 recoil lugs, two in the front, two in the rearLens clarity - There is very little lens tint and no noticeable edge distortion or reflections even on a bright day. Cons: 2 moa dot - after shooting the RMR for so long I much prefer the 3-3.25 moa dot. This of course is subjective.

Only 2 pistol optics are suited for hard use - RMR or Holosun 407/507/508. If you are talking of Sage Dynamic YouTube's the only Holosun that 'passed' was the 508T.
