You will probably not see anything on CUE about a software update as due to some problems Cadillac is not sending a lot of over the air software update. I have a 2013 SRX that the cue system has completely stopped working. At first the voice button on the steering wheel stopped working. Then the lower buttons on the touch screen did not work.
